Registration is not accepted or acknowledged until payment is received. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete the payment. Please check out as a “Guest” and proceed to enter an amount. A receipt will be emailed when online payment is submitted and accepted.

Student and Postdoctoral Registrants: For this registration rate to be accepted, after you register and submit payment online, please send us an email with your proof of current full-time postdoctoral, graduate, or undergraduate student status at an academic institution to request that we accept the student’s rate. Please email your request and an attached PDF containing proof of your current student/postdoctoral status (copy of your student I.D.) to ISPPP2024@gmail.com.

The academic/Government rate only applies to individuals holding full-time appointments at an educational institution or Government Institution.

All Oral Presenters: To present, the presenting author of each lecture must be registered as a conference attendee and complete the registration process by paying online by September 9th to confirm intent to attend and present at the meeting.

All Poster Presenters: To present, the presenting author of each poster must be registered as a conference attendee (not booth staff) and complete the registration process by paying online by September 9th to confirm intent to attend and present at the meeting.

REFUND POLICY for ISPPP paid Industry, Government, Academic, or Student registration fee: Must cancel in writing on or before July 5th, 2024, to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee; no refunds after July 5th, 2024; must contact Symposium Manager before the conference if you wish to transfer the registration (ISPPP2024@gmail.com).
