Visa Waiver Program

International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization. Go to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization Web Site at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/. In addition, please be aware that certain travel documents must contain a “biometric identifier” in order to gain entry into the United States.

When applying for a visa, the United States Consulate will require a letter of invitation from the conference. Therefore, we kindly ask that you send an email (along with a copy of your passport) to request that we send you the official letter of invitation. The official letter of invitation should be requested several months in advance of the meeting, as it may take up to 6 months to get the visa processed. If you intend to submit the abstract to the meeting, we encourage you to submit the abstract online prior to requesting the official letter of invitation.

The official letter of invitation will be stated in English and may help with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee you a visa.

Invitation letters will be sent by email. The visa letter of invitation or conference invitation letter is only valid if you received it from our official email id: ISPPP2024@gmail.com.

For those who require a visa, please note that the conference organizers and committee have no control over the visa application process, nor the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. The conference cannot be responsible for actual visa issuances. As the process length varies for individuals, you are strongly advised to start your application as soon as you can. Should your application be denied, we cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
