ISPPP Sponsors and Exhibitors

An integral part of ISPPP 2019 is the Exhibition. The program is designed to ensure participants will have ample opportunities to meet commercial suppliers who will display state-of-the-art instrumentation and equipment in the closely integrated lecture, poster, trade display and coffee break/mixer areas within the Constellation Ballroom located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt hotel. The exhibit schedule is posted below. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to present a 1-hour vendor seminar as part of the program. Please direct inquiries to Ms. Janet Cunningham, ISPPP 2019 Symposium/Exhibit Manager, at janet@barrconferences.com

The meeting has major support from the scientific community; however, there is no association providing funding for the meeting. Therefore, it is critical to raise funding through sponsorships to help support the program. As a leader in this arena, we would appreciate your contribution to the program by becoming a valued sponsor and/or exhibitor. Contributions are tax-deductible. We appreciate your thoughtful consideration to the request and look forward to hearing from you with your suggestions to customize a sponsorship that will give you the visibility you desire. Details will be posted soon. Please direct inquiries to Ms. Janet Cunningham, ISPPP 2019 Symposium/Exhibit Manager, at janet@barrconferences.com

Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities. Conferences are powerful tools to convey your corporate image and boost your company's profile--the value of which can never be overstated. Sponsorships include exhibiting, refreshment breaks, reception, VIP dinner, delegate bag, writing portfolio, pads of paper/pens, lanyards, ads in program, poster session reprint envelopes. For information, contact Ms. Janet Cunningham, ISPPP 2019 Symposium/Exhibit Manager at janet@barrconferences.com

ISPPP is held every year, alternating venues in Europe and the U.S.  This high-quality scientific conference brings together top researchers, practitioners and industrialists from around the world to contribute cutting-edge presentations on emerging applications and processes important to discovery, development, and economic production addressing all issues of separation and analysis of proteins, peptides, polynucleotides and related biomolecules. Biologicals separations from analytical to micro-preparative to industrial scale will be covered. Particular emphasis is placed on high speed, comprehensive, and ground-breaking aspects of separation science as applied to classes of biochemical analyses and the consequences of these analyses.

Due to the highly successful format of the last US ISPPP, we will again join forces with another well-regarded international Conference, the 32nd annual PREP Symposium Conference. ISPPP and PREP will share a week in the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor and will organize a full day overlap on Wednesday for joint Technical Program activities that may be attended by either meeting’s conferees. This action has been undertaken to take advantage of technical content and networking synergies that the Joint Organizers see for both Conferences and for attendees for the conferences. The committees also believe that there is significant opportunity for Sponsors and Exhibitors to reach a unique, but related, set of attendees that share expertise, interest, and industrial and academic areas of expertise. This belief was shared in past surveys of attendees, sponsors and exhibitors. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the format, as well as thoughtful suggestions for improvements, many which will be incorporated in the 39th ISPPP in Baltimore.

Based on positive results, the ISPPP Organizing committee reiterates our invitation for active participation of sponsors to provide program guidance and to be involved during the upcoming planning cycle to shape both the technical program and enhance exhibitor activities. Our successful Partnership Program Committee co-chaired by the meeting Chairpersons, Drs. Ron Orlando and Barry Boyes, will again be available. This committee served the crucial role of collecting guidance from our sponsors and exhibitors, incorporating appropriate recommendations, and disseminating programmatic and logistic information to all of our commercial partners. The committee members will solicit appropriate technical/scientific presentations for the Technical Program, as well as during Special Sessions (e.g., Vendor Seminars) from our sponsors and exhibitors. As in the past, we strongly encourage both our previous and new sponsors and exhibitors to take an active role in submitting technical and scientific contributions to the ISPPP Symposium, as well as to our Conference partner, the 32nd PREP Meeting. The committee will also be available to discuss opportunities to enhance the joint conference by participation during the full week and both meetings.
